I was looking for a high level coach to help me grow, be more effective, better manage my time and help me achieve what I want to achieve.
I've be recommended someone great: Tristan Vyskoc, a successful entrepreneur, painter and elite coach.
What made me choose this guy: he's doing 3 different jobs and is great at the 3, and he has a holistic approach.
I've had 3 sessions with him so far and I can already feel change in my life. Let's see in the upcoming months. I'll write about this.
I'm super involved in MailReach, I love our company, our customers and what we've done so far.
We have cool news lately:
I want to help people get better knowledge about themselves and find suitable jobs for their profile, personality, etc.
This new project is in that area. More details soon.
Lately, my readings have been more spiritual: The Map of Consciousness Explained by David Hawkins, The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.
After these two great books, I decided to re-read the life-changing book the Power of Now. I can't recommend it enough. It's in my list of the 7 most life-changing non fiction books I've ever read.
I struggle to be consistent with dedicated workout sessions, like 1 hour 3 times a week or anything scheduled like that.
What I'm not good at: blocking a dedicated time slot to workout and sticking to it.
That's what I'm now testing the "Grease the groove" way, which I already love.
"Grease the groove" means practicing an exercise many times a day without getting too tired, to get better at it over time.
For me it's: doing 3 pull-ups every time I walk next to my pull-up bar. Each time I do the 3 pull-ups, I put a bar on a post-it on the wall so I can track how many pull-ups I do per day.
I'm currently around 42 pull-ups daily minimum.
I know it's not huge so far, but it's increasing fast and hopefully I should be able to reach 15/20 pull-ups in a row before the end of 2024.
